Refund Policy

Tax Plan Consultancy strives to provide exceptional service to our clients. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund may be necessary. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are offered.

Services Not Provided:

A full refund will be issued if Tax Plan Consultancy fails to deliver the tax plan consultancy services you purchased. This includes situations where we cannot complete the service due to unforeseen circumstances or limitations beyond our control.

To be eligible for a refund, cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 business days from the date of order.

Services Rendered:

Once the tax plan consultation process has begun, cancellations and refunds are generally not allowed. In some limited cases, we may offer a partial refund (up to 50%) if a portion of the service has been delivered, such as providing tax forms with instructions. However, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

PAN Card Services:

Please note that due to the nature of PAN card-related services, refunds cannot be offered once the process has begun.

Refund Process:

If you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at ca.taxplan2020@gmail.com. We will initiate the refund process once we have confirmed that the services were not provided as promised.

Typically, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
